Duties

• Represent clients in all litigation phases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with a team while taking ownership of cases, prioritizing positive outcomes for clients.
• Develop and apply knowledge in areas such as general liability, construction, products liability, and premises liability.
• Engage directly with clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with the defense of general liability cases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude is essential.
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
