Duties

• Handle commercial real estate and property disputes.
• Manage partnership and corporate conflicts.
• Litigate commercial loan and creditors' rights cases.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediations, arbitrations, or trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of real estate and business litigation experience.
• Strong litigation background with excellent research and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively.
• California bar admission.
• Strong academic record.
• Experience in a sophisticated law firm or government litigation background preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
