Assistant Professor - Business Law

The candidate is responsible to advise students, be involved in appropriate student organizations as well as fulfill normal institutional service obligations. Intellectual contributions are expected in one or more of the following areas: technology, international law, business associations, contracts, environmental law, employment law, ethics, marketing and ADR. Must have a JD degree from an ABA accredited law school. Ability to maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic status is required. Should have a strong record or show strong promise to contribute to the intellectual and practical lives of students and other stakeholders of the School, College, University, and the business community. Teaching experience and research record should be commensurate with the rank sought. Must meet the AACSB accreditation requirements regarding academic qualification of college of business faculty. Undergraduate or graduate teaching experience, both face-to-face and online is preferred. Established record of intellectual contributions is desired.

Note: 9 month fixed term contract position.
