Duties

• Represent companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A transactions.
• Engage in investor-side financing in growth equity rounds.
• Maintain daily client contact and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.
• Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, and M&A transactions.
• Previous large law firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree, class of 2019 - 2020.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in corporate law and transaction documentation.
