Duties

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft substantive reports to insurance carriers, motions, and discovery demands/responses.
• Attend court conferences and conduct depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Work collaboratively with partners, other associate attorneys, and staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New York State.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.
• All experience levels welcome to apply; insurance defense experience preferred.
