Duties

• Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and manage discovery processes.

• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations or arbitrations when appropriate.
• Stay informed of changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and litigation trends.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants to support case strategies.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in healthcare defense litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-stakes and complex cases.
• Extensive trial and courtroom experience.

Education
