Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Construction Associate to join its growing transactional practice in Las Vegas, NV. This position focuses on real estate development and construction transactions, offering the opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base on high-value projects. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements within the real estate, construction, or finance sectors.

Duties:
Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to real estate development and construction, including:
Management agreements
Lease and sales agreements
Operation contracts
Development and construction agreements
Advise clients on complex transactional and regulatory matters related to commercial real estate and construction
Work closely with developers, contractors, investors, and institutional clients
Assist in handling all stages of construction and real estate projects, including due diligence and closing
Collaborate with other attorneys across disciplines for multi-faceted legal issues
Contribute to client development and firm-wide initiatives
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or development law
Proven transactional experience with contract negotiation and enforcement
Familiarity with real estate and finance-related documents and project structuring
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work, responsiveness, and accountability
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada or Idaho (depending on office location)
Admission in multiple states is a plus
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in managing complex contractual documentation
