Duties

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

• Collaborate with a team while managing individual responsibilities.
• Engage in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and finance.
• Conduct title and survey reviews and general transactional due diligence.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of significant experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with data center leasing is advantageous.
• Major law firm experience preferred.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
