A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Reno, NV. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and hold an active Nevada bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery, including e-Discovery.
• Apply knowledge of Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure.
• Engage in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions.
• Perform exceptional research and writing tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Nevada bar license.
• Clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Nevada bar license.
