What You’ll Do

• Managed Case Advocacy: Own your case files from inception through resolution, supported by a dedicated team and senior mentorship that values your input. 
• Collaborative Strategy: Participate in "roundtable" case analysis where our collective intelligence is used to solve complex legal puzzles.
• Innovate & Advocate: Handle motion practice, depositions, and court appearances while utilizing modern tools to maximize your impact and efficiency. 
• Cultural Contribution: Bring your unique energy to the team, helping us maintain a supportive workspace where we share insights, solve problems together, and actually enjoy the workday.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in civil litigation defense. You’ve mastered the fundamentals and are ready for a smarter, more sustainable way to practice.
• Licensure: Active license in Oregon and/or Washington (Idaho is a major plus). 
• A "No-Silo" Mindset: You believe the best results come from collaboration. You enjoy being part of a team and are eager to work alongside people who value your contribution. 
• Tech Literacy: You’re comfortable with (or eager to learn) paperless workflows and advanced practice management software.
