Requirements

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• 8-10+ years of dedicated family law experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex and emotionally charged cases with professionalism.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and training capabilities.
• Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
