Duties

• Lead and manage complex family law cases independently.
• Mentor and supervise associate attorneys.
• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlements, and agreements.
• Manage hearings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• J.D. and NC State Bar membership.
• 6+ years of experience in family law, including complex cases.
• Experience in civil litigation, including pleadings and trials.
• Familiarity with Wake County court procedures and judges.
• Proficient in CRMs, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
