Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various legal issues and cases.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Summarize research findings and present them to attorneys and clients.
• Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation.
• Monitor developments in case law and legal precedent.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy.
• Maintain and organize legal research resources and databases.
• Ensure accurate citation of legal authorities.
• Provide support with case management and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Aderant Total Office, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and timekeeping systems preferred.
• Participation in Moot Court or Law Review preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission preferred.
