The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience and will be key in handling legal matters related to business restructuring and reorganization.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on matters related to business restructuring and reorganization.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
