A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Level Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney with 5-9 years of experience in corporate transactional work. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and negotiating skills, excel in teamwork, and have the ability to independently manage components of complex M&A deals.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support deal structures and negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other attorneys to provide expert legal counsel.
• Independently manage various aspects of mergers and acquisitions deals.
• Assist in the development and execution of client strategies for successful transactions.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of legal experience, with a minimum of five years in corporate transactional work, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
• Currently licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado or eligible to become licensed.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills with a demonstrated track record of successful deals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain it.
