Job Overview: The Trusts And Estates Associate Attorney will provide comprehensive legal counsel in trusts and estates matters, including complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of relevant experience and hold an LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation. International estate planning experience is considered advantageous.

Duties:

• Conducting client consultations and assessments to determine estate planning needs and objectives.
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Advising clients on asset protection strategies and wealth preservation techniques.
• Facilitating trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and trust management.
• Providing legal guidance on taxation issues related to trusts and estates.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex estate planning cases.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Proven expertise in complex estate planning, asset protection, trust and estate settlement, and taxation.
• LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Membership in The Florida Bar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• International estate planning experience.
