Duties

  • Navigate the litigation process with expertise.
  • Utilize knowledge of Needles case management software (preferred).

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in Texas.
  • Three years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong trial experience.
  • Pre-litigation case management and settlement experience.
  • Effective deposition handling skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in Texas.
