Duties

• Assist in handling insurance defense cases from inception through resolution

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations under supervision

• Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and support staff on litigation strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case progress and communications

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment

• Strong commitment to client service and professional ethics

• Willingness to learn and take initiative in developing legal skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
