Duties

• Work on global matters and transactions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and hotel management contracts.
• Advise on financings and negotiate loan documents.
• Manage deal closings from inception to completion.
• Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional work.
• Previous law firm experience preferred, especially with large and sophisticated deals.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
