Marketing Assistant

Profile

Seeking for a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the firm’s marketing department. Responsibilities include document and spreadsheet generation, maintaining a Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, assisting with marketing events and campaigns, assist in developing marketing materials to promote the firm, assist in analyzing marketing data, and other duties as assigned. Should have High school diploma or equivalent. Some college in related field preferred. One year of marketing related experience preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), marketing software, and online applications. Requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize time sensitive assignments, attention to detail, ability to work independently, be a self-starter, self-directed and self-motivated.
