Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents. The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and at least 4 years of litigation experience. The role requires the ability to manage discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions, as well as conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. The candidate must be adaptable, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while fostering teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves.
• Work well independently and effectively within a team.
• Develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm.
• Maintain composure and demonstrate good judgment in challenging situations.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
