Research Associate (Staff Attorney)

Duties: Reports to the Director of the Child Advocacy Clinic (CAC) and will work on two separate, but closely related projects involving immigrant children: (1) will recruit, train, and mentor pro bono immigration practitioners who are willing to represent immigration child clients where there is a potential claim for Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS); and (2) will provide immigration representation to children in North Jersey who are in the custody of the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
