A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel for its Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment and labor law, with a focus on defending and litigating employment-related claims. This role requires a proactive approach to legal challenges and a commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies in employment matters.
• Handle class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• Class Action experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant first-chair experience.
• Current Nevada Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nevada Bar.
