Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California state bar and good standing.
• Experience in a law office setting is preferred; familiarity with employment law is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Education
