Associate Attorney needed for Pasadena office

Profile

A law firm located in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with strong work ethics and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an ABA-accredited law school, possess an ABA License issued for California, and have 0-1 years of experience. This role requires court appearances, depositions, motions, research, and witness interviews. The candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility to work on various legal matters. Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is advantageous.

Duties:

• Conduct court appearances, depositions, motions, research, and witness interviews.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with case management and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Handle a high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an ABA-accredited Law School.
• Possession of an ABA License issued for California.
• Should have 0-1 year of legal experience.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited Law School.
• ABA License issued for California.

Skills:
