Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Engage in trial preparation activities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience litigating cases before Surrogate's Court and Supreme Court preferred.
• Knowledge of estate planning and administration is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
