Duties

• Manage case files to determine the next course of action.
• Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Travel to courts in neighboring counties as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong investigative skills to uncover facts and determine next steps.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

• Ohio license required.

Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Subrogation or insurance experience is a plus.
