A law firm seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in Reno. This role involves handling a variety of complex issues, including real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing.

Duties

• Manage and close complex real estate transactions independently.
• Handle real estate development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Advise on zoning and land use matters.
• Negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real property and land use law.
• Excellent academic credentials and references.
• Active Nevada or California bar license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada or California.

Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
