Duties

• Argue motions and participate in court appearances.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts; additional licenses preferred.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in relevant fields.
• Experience in a billable-hour law firm environment preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts required.
