Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.

• Conduct focused legal research and draft memoranda.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and guidance.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong advocacy skills and experience with dispositive motions.
• Self-starter with excellent legal research abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
