Duties

• Handle a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions

• Engage in joint ventures, fund formations, and infrastructure/privatization deals

• Work on secured financings, acquisitions, and dispositions

• Draft and negotiate transactional documents

• Collaborate with team members and maintain strong client communications

• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant real estate legal experience

• Demonstrated experience in complex real estate deals

• Strong understanding of real estate finance and transactional law

• Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as within a team

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for waiver/admission)
