• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations

• Advise and update clients throughout all stages of the legal process

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective and thorough case management

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law

• In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and procedures

• Proven litigation and trial capabilities

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently

• Strong client advocacy and case strategy development skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
