Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings and settlement negotiations

• Conduct legal research and develop strategies to resolve complex legal issues

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to workers' compensation cases

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain legal options

• Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to gather evidence and build strong cases

• Support civil litigation efforts involving personal injury claims

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers' compensation law (including internships, externships, or clerkships)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a litigation setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
