A law firm seeks an experienced Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to energy projects and possess excellent academic credentials, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate EPC and balance of plant agreements for energy projects.
• Handle equipment supply contracts and long-term service agreements.
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Manage asset management and operations agreements.
• Collaborate with teams on project development matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of legal experience in EPC and related agreements.
• Experience with energy projects such as wind, solar, or gas facilities.
• Ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to complex legal issues.
• Active license to practice or ability to waive into practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
