Duties

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court.
• Engage in construction litigation and NYS Labor Law defense.
• Handle construction defect and property damage cases.
• Collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in depositions and court proceedings.
• Background in insurance coverage and risk management is a plus.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar required.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
