A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney licensed in New Jersey to join their team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This fully remote position involves working with institutional clients to manage and resolve complex foreclosure matters.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members and participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

• J.D., licensed in New Jersey and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
