Duties

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters.
• Draft and argue motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage written discovery, including computer forensics and e-discovery.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Admitted in Colorado or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.

Skills

• Experience with motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery.
• Proficiency in computer forensics and e-discovery.
