Duties

• Advise on employee benefit issues in mergers and acquisitions and financings.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment, retention, and separation agreements.
• Design, implement, and administer equity plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Experience with ERISA plan investments preferred.
• Experience with qualified retirement plans and health and welfare programs preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
