A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Corporate and Private Equity Associate to join its team in Dallas. The successful candidate will support a dynamic practice focused on private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, and more. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team representing emerging managers and significant limited partners in forming various funds.

Duties

• Lead mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Preference for experience with private equity-led M&A transactions.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Pennsylvania bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
