Duties:

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including cases from inception through trial and appeals.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Provide legal advice and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to prepare for complex cases.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general litigation.
• An active member of the New Jersey and New York Bar.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Experience in state and federal court procedures is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage complex legal issues.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
