Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a Junior Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Transactions Practice Group. The role is focused primarily on M&A and corporate transactions and provides a collaborative, team-oriented environment with substantial client exposure and professional development opportunities. Location:

• Orlando, FL

Duties:

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, securities matters, and general corporate governance

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements

• Support due diligence efforts and manage deal timelines

• Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and clients throughout transactional processes

• Engage in strategic legal discussions and client counseling

• Contribute to team-based legal work in a fast-paced, high-volume practice

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, financing, securities, or other commercial transactions

• General corporate experience, including drafting governance documents

• Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Timely admission to the Florida Bar required as a condition of employment
