Duties

• Assist in the litigation of First-party Property cases from investigation through resolution

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations under supervision

• Collaborate with shareholders and senior attorneys for case strategy and client updates

• Participate in training and professional development initiatives

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience handling First-party Property insurance litigation

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing

• Steady and consistent work history preferred

• Willingness to work collaboratively and take part in firm culture

• Open to mentoring and developing under the guidance of senior attorneys

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar (required)
