Duties:

• Manage assigned caseloads, focusing on first-party property insurance and personal injury claims.
• Conduct client sign-ups, initiate litigation, and prepare necessary pleadings, discovery demands, responses, and motions.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediation and trial proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with senior attorneys, clients, and paralegals to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prioritize workload based on deadlines and manage cases efficiently.
• Utilize technology and software for file management and office automation.

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, motivation, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable with using technology and case management software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar license (required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
