Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.

• Proficiency in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable with direct client and partner interaction.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
