Duties

• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and memoranda with minimal supervision.

• Manage e-discovery and case strategy for individual and class action matters.

• Advise clients on a wide range of workplace compliance topics, including employee relations, policies, internal investigations, and regulatory requirements.

• Handle restrictive covenant issues including non-compete and non-solicitation disputes.

• Support senior attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Contribute to client training programs and internal legal updates on developments in employment law.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment law at a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Proficiency in legal research and persuasive writing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic caseload under tight deadlines.

• Experience with wage and hour class actions is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and rules of civil procedure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado (or eligible for admission by waiver)
