The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising on a diverse range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of various plans. The Mid-level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance to clients in the areas of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Job Details:

• Advise on a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Design, implement, and administer qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements
• Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and provided strategic guidance.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Should have excellent academic credentials
• Organized and efficient with disciplined time management skills
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
