Requirements
- Admitted to the CA state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role, with first chair capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Active CA state bar license.
