Duties

• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft operating and partnership agreements.
• Support the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
• Negotiate important transaction documents.
• Collaborate effectively across practice areas.
• Train junior associates.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions.
• Experience with capital raises and debt and securities offerings.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
• Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
