Duties:

• Manage a caseload related to general liability matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and related litigation tasks
• Draft pleadings, motions, and reports as required
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience in litigation preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to handle client communications professionally
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong legal research abilities
• Familiarity with legal documentation and court procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality work
