Duties

• Perform legal research and draft motions and ex parte applications.
• Draft written discovery and prepare cases for trial.
• Appear in person and remotely for hearings and meetings throughout California.
• Attend mediation and effectively navigate the judicial process.
• Bill for all time to meet or exceed the billable hour requirement.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfortable with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Clio Manage and California Civil Procedure is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
